I posted earlier I got the first Scott Cullen book through iTunes , but actually it came to me by email by BookBub.com, paid through iTunes. Want to read more, still can not find any more through iTunes

The other books are only on Amazon just now. There is a pretty good Kindle app you can get for iPad/iPhone to read the books, very similar to iBooks.
